The reception staff were very helpful, and the superior room was functional, and the location was amazing for our Christmas trip.

Stylish, spotlessly clean venue with unbeatable location near to supermarket and chemist next door, public transport and touristic places in Berlin. Immaculate and neat room with an amazing bathroom. Good service provided. Not to mention free wifi! A GOOD way to end my christmas.

At check-in I have expressly requested a room with a shower, unfortunately only one with a bath was available. The complaint was fulfilled, but unfortunately, it took ages, until the overburdened young man from the front desk could offer me an alternative.

Perfect location, all within an easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the buffet breakfast is quite varied. The underground car park costs 22 euros per day and is located directly under the hotel.

The terrific service at this hotel made my stay enjoyable. The functional superior room was equipped with a TV screen, champagne, and a lovely comfortable bed. The location is good and perfect, close to Friedrichstrasse Street.

Staff was a bit annoyed at breakfast. There was neither a hello nor a smile. Also, removing the dishes from the table without asking while I still try to enjoy my coffee is not polite.

Our superior room had a great view, a well-equipped bathroom, and modern facilities which made our stay enjoyable.

The entrance of the hotel is already so beautiful and lovely furnished that you are very curious about the rooms. And they fulfill every expectation. We recommend.

The superior room provided a good night's sleep, while the English breakfast offerings were varied and satisfying; the location, situated conveniently next to a subway station, was marvellous and incredible.

The hotel is nice, centrally located and easy to reach. We were able to check in early. The rooms are basically very well equipped and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The wireless internet was unfortunately not accessible with access data issued by the reception and the TV did not work too. The housekeeping came to the room without being asked.

Special price offer was great value for money. The location is very convenient - within a walking distance to many Berlin attractions, incl. Brandenburger Tor, Checkpoint Charlie, Reichstag, Museums Island.

The regular price of this hotel is not what it should be. The extra price of the breakfast is ridiculous - you can get a decent breakfast in a nearby cafe for 30%. They are currently renovating the wellness area - this is apparently a long term closure, started in mid September 2012 and was not mentioned in the hotel description. In fact the sauna/wellness was one of the reason why I finally chose this hotel - so it was a disappointment. The rooms are rather hotel standard, not sure why this hotel is 4*... (perhaps the high price?)
